What this site is
We write guides for ArcheAge Chronicles, the Early Access MMORPG from XLGAMES that unlocked on Steam on November 3, 2026 and is now live. That covers the release time, classes, weapons, skills, the map, PvP, systems and quick answers in the FAQ. Our goal is to answer the question you searched for in the first sentence, then show how we know.
ArcheAge Chronicles, ArcheAge, XLGAMES, Steam and related names and images are trademarks of their owners. We use them to describe the game.
How we label information
Before Early Access went live, nearly everything we knew came from public sources. We still label each fact by where it came from:
- Officially confirmed. Stated by XLGAMES on its official channels, such as Steam news posts and the Steam store page. We name the source, for example “XLGAMES said in a Steam news post.”
- According to a media outlet. Reported by a named outlet such as MMORPG.com, Wccftech or Massively Overpowered. We name the outlet. This matters for details like weapon pairings and skill descriptions that XLGAMES has not restated itself.
- Not announced yet. If XLGAMES has not said, we write “XLGAMES has not said yet” instead of guessing.
We do not invent skill names, numbers, races, class names or places. When we give practical advice, we say it is a sensible approach based on known mechanics and not a verified result.
Live data
Early Access is live. We replace earlier material with launch-week player reports, creator videos, official patch notes and Steam data. We link each source and give its date. We do not play-test the game ourselves, and we do not present summaries as our own testing. Class rankings such as the tier list are compiled from that evidence and say which sources they use.
How often we update
- Pages show an updated date.
- We recheck the Steam store page and official news for changes to release time, price, platforms and requirements.
- We revise pages after patches and announcements, including the December 2026 update XLGAMES has planned for the female Warrior and the Gladius.
Images
We use official images and credit the source. We do not use AI-generated pictures of the game.
Corrections and contact
If something is wrong or out of date, email [email protected] with the page and what you saw, ideally with a link to an official source. We fix confirmed errors quickly and update the date on the page.
Independence
This site is not paid for by XLGAMES. We do not sell guides, in-game items or accounts. See our privacy policy for what we measure on the site.
